<p>Hi! I am currently taking a gap year and will be matriculating into college next year.</p>
<p>I would just like to ask if my high school's counselor should submit my Final Report now, or is that only required when I have confirmed a place in a college? Will it make any difference if it is not submitted, as I have already entered my actual grades in the Common App?</p>
