<p>My counselor is unable to upload the school report. Unless students submit their commonapp, counselor cannot fill the school report :(</p>
<p>I havent personalised my personal essay yet. Is this hapennig with others too? Commonapp 4 is a lot of trouble.

<p>Nebico, I believe that you have to assign your counselor to the colleges before they can upload the school report and transcript. That is what my DD had to do.</p>
<p>Soofdad, I assigned my counselor. He filled the ED agreement and waiver and those have been ‘submitted’. However the school report is only ‘started’ 
This is my first time I am applying online via commonapp. Counselor says that we have to submit our commonapp to college only then the counselor gets to fill school report. Is that what the process is? Or the commonapp is glitches? Please someonne tell me whats goig on.</p>
<p>Is it the CommonApp restriction, or your school policy? That is my D’s school policy though. They will not fill and forms or submit any school report or recommendation until the student has submitted the application. The problem was there were so many students made the request in the previous year and at the end did not apply to certain school. So now the counselor would only do the work after the application is submitted as they are overwhelmed with those real applications already.</p>
