School forms and teacher evaluations and all. that. jazz...

Hey guys,
I had a couple questions about the ‘School Forms’ section of the Common App. I’m an international student, so I am new to all this (as is my school).

When it gives you the option of ‘inviting a school counselor’ to complete the school forms online, what exactly does it ask the school counselor to do? Do they have to send in the secondary school report AND the international supplement to this AND the teacher recommendation forms or only the first two?

Can you submit most of your application online but mail the secondary school reports and the teacher evaluations directly to the university?

Once you invite someone to be your guidance counselor, can you change your decision later or is that it?

Thanks so much!

Your counselor will have to submit the SSR and the IntSupplement.

Yes. However, if I understand correctly, you must be consistent, i.e. all the school forms must be either sent online or mailed. You can't have one teacher do it electronically and mail in the other recommendation.

It's certainly possible if you do it offline (not submitting an email). Don't know about online, sorry.
