There's "counselor school forms" but also "home school supplement to the secondary school report". But the thing is I was never home schooled! What should I do? Will colleges see this and will it affect me? Can I ask the counselor to change it after I submit my commonapp? (She's on break but the deadline is Jan 1)!</p>

<p>if so, that’s normal and just provides applicants with all the possible forms that may be necessary. don’t worry about it. i’m sure your counselor completed the correct form.</p>
