<p>Doesn't the Common Application let the applicant submit teacher's evaluations online? Why does it say offline?</p>

<p>Are you a first-year or a transfer applicant? Where does it say ‘offline’?</p>
<p>It says offline if you didn’t provide the Common App with the teacher’s email address. When you first invite your teacher, did you include the email address?</p>
<p>It can also say ‘offline’ if you do include the teacher’s email address but the teacher decides to opt-out of the online process.</p>
<p>If you entered your teacher without an email address but want to encourage him or her to submit online, delete them in the Common App Online and re-enter them with their email address.</p>
