School missing transcript

My school sent in my Secondary School Report and Secondary School Transcript offline two weeks ago, but when I went to check on the status of my application it said they had not yet been received. Should I be worried? I'm wondering if the transcripts didn't reach their office, or if it's just taking a long time to process. Has anyone had this same experience?

Thanks!

Some schools take a couple weeks or more to file documents and update the record, particularly if it is sent by mail. However, it is also common that some papers got lost in the process. You should contact the adcom to see if you should resubmit anything. My D’s school report was downloaded on 10/16 by one school but the status remained “not received” until 10/30 even it was an electronic submission.

We just had a notice about this saying DO NOT FREAK OUT if your college says stuff is missing. They said it is a problem in the system delivery delay and just means things have not yet been matched to your application. For example my ED school says my scores have not been received for any tests, though they were sent in September. Above all my GC said don’t contact the school, let the school contact you, but that’s just the advice I got.
