<p>Hi, I was on Cornell's website and I found Cornell's School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering. I was wondering how and when a student applies to this. Thanks.</p>
<p>I could be wrong but I think it's a department within Cornell's engineering college rather than a separate college by itself (despite it calling itself a "school")</p>
