Can anyone give me the requirements for an internal transfer from the School of Undergraduate Studies to the McCombs School of Business? And besides just the requirements does anyone know how likely it is to transfer into the Business School? Also, what happens if you are in the School of Undergraduate Studies and get denied a transfer to McCombs?

I’m thinking of going to UT next year then trying to transfer to Mccombs. And from what I have gathered, it is very difficult. Here are the stats for internal transfers (Go to the internal transfers tab and scroll all the way down) [Getting Admitted - Texas BBA - Undergraduate Program - The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin](Admissions | BBA | McCombs School of Business)

As to what happens if you don’t get in, I assume you just stay undeclared, but I don’t really know. I don’t know if you have to apply to the Liberal Arts Department, but if you do, apply to that as well so you can at least become an Economics major, at least for the time being.

i would think you could get in if you get a 3.8 or something, and if you dont get in then you should proabably consider another major
