Anyone accepted??

Yes…accepted this morn into undergraduate studies…
Did not get accepted into Engineering…

Yes - my daughter (OOS) just found out she was accepted.

I was, I’m OOS. Does anyone know what this means? Like do we have to take a bunch of UGS classes. Or can I take classes right away in the CNS like I was originally planning even though I didn’t get in. When can we transfer to the major we wanted?

I think it basically means you can take a bunch of courses of your choosing in order to decide what you want to major in. I’m gonna try to request a change of major from undergrad studes to EE though. Just to see what happens.

got in today to this, whatever it is, instead of engineering. OOS ACT 32. It seems very unlikely to ever get in to engineering so I’m proably headed elsewhere for engineering and where there are some $ in the offer.

you wont be able to transfer until after freshman year, and thats IF you have the grades by that time. Engineering should be around 3.5ish, its a gamble. I would head elsewhere to be honest, but if ya’ll think you can make it, go for it.

Yeah rejected from ChemE. Prob rejected from P2H as well, debating on whether I want to try to change major to McCombs or not. I was accepted to A&M Nuc. Eng. At this point in my life though I’m debating on whether or not I even want to go into Engineering. The more I look at the long term career outlook the more I find myself swaying towards the business side of things.

Is it difficult to get out of College of LA into Natural Sciences?
