School report help!

<p>My guidance counselor submitted my incomplete school report (it only has my grades, not my GPA) which only includes my first to third year grades.</p>

<p>I requested for another school report and this time, it includes my first to third year grades, my first trimester grades of senior year and my cumulative GPA. Do i let my guidance counselor submit this as an 'optional report' or 'mid year report'? Or is there any way that she can delete the first one she submitted? Thanks</p>

<p>The submitted School Report cannot be amended or deleted. She should supplement it with an Optional Report, clarifying or amending the prior information. The Mid-Year Report is for results from the current high school term once final course grades are determined; (in the US this is generally in Dec or Jan).</p>
