School report problem

On the school report for Harvard, it states, "If school policy limits the number of AP classes a student can take, please list the maximum allowed"

My school offers 18 AP classes

Students are limited to only taking 3 AP classes per year unless granted specific permission

During Sophomore year, students can choose from 4 AP classes: European History, Calculus AB or BC, and Computer Science

I only took 1 AP class during Sophomore year (European History) and 3 AP classes each year in Junior and Senior

During freshmen year, my school has a program in Math where there is a regular, honors, hyper class. I am in honors, and only people who were in hyper in 9th grade are allowed to take AP Calculus AB or BC in 10th Grade. No one is allowed to jump to AP Calculus if they are in regular or honors.

How many AP classes should I put down for this section?

During the entire high school you can take 12 APs, right?

No Freshman can’t take any AP classes

So 9 then? If you have enough space, you can report 3 per year but in freshman year. Otherwise I’d stick to 9.
