School report question

<p>Hi. </p>

<p>The School Report for the councelor I printed from the Common App website has only two pages.</p>

<p>At the Harvard website page that has all the forms you can download for mailing (<a href="http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/prospective/tools/download/)%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/prospective/tools/download/)&lt;/a>, the School Report has four pages - the first 2 are the Common App ones, and then two additional ones.</p>

<p>Which one should I use? For applying online, the Harvard website said you should just follow the Common App instructions; doing so, however, disregards the extra two School Report pages that are intended for mailing.</p>

<p>Please help me out here.</p>

<p>The extra two pages are part of the Harvard Supplement. Have your guidance counselor fill them in and include them with the school report.</p>

<p>Yes, you must mail the common app school report, and the school report II that is included on the Harvard website. Also be aware that Harvard's mid-year report is different from the common app's.</p>
