My school has a quarter system, so the first quarter usually ends ~1 month before the UC/CSU apps are due.
Because of this, can I report my first quarter senior year grades on the app? I know they aren’t counted in the official “UC GPA,” but I still think they may help, so could I report them?

UCs don’t consider senior grades.
@Ballerina016 I know they don’t consider them in the official UC GPA calculation, but a strong first quarter senior year would certainly not hurt for my uncapped GPA and my application overall. So I was wondering if I could report them even though they’re not “considered” per say
They will look at your overall GPA but, @Ballerina016 is absolutely correct. The UC’s evaluate based on 10th and 11th grade performances.
Are your quarter grades reported on your official transcript? My son’s HS does report quarter grades but only semester grades are posted on their transcripts.

Since there is the option to report, then I would report them.
