<p>how big is school spirit? I watched an Illinois bball game when they played in st. louis a couple years ago and it was pretty wild. How is it on campus? I would really like to transfer to UIUC. </p>
<p>Also I live in st. louis, and Urbana Champaign is not that far at all. The tuition rate for OOS is crazy high...is there any type of a discount OOS rate for those that live within a 3 hour radius? i know i know, wishful thinking.</p>
