<p>Lemme guess - you live in california? Or somewhere near california? I know that state has an absurd schedule for school I once went on summer vacation there and saw school starting, most schools start late august or early september.</p>

<p>l also know there are some places (like Colorado where my cousins lived for awhile) in which they have year round schooling. Something like 6 weeks of school and then 2 weeks off.</p>

<p>I did NOT enjoy my first day of school.</p>

<p>Almost all of my teachers jumped into lecture immediately and have assigned a significant amount of homework for tonight. </p>

<p>And I’m going to die in AP Chemistry.</p>

<p>Ouch, I’m sorry. My school doesn’t start up till September 10th, so I have around 5 weeks or so.</p>

<p>I was, however, the person who got a D+ in AP physics because of a can of Mountain Dew.</p>

<p>TBH that sounds awesome because its not a short period of intensity than a longer break - its reasonable spaced.</p>

<p>We always go after labor day. I have the shortest year EVER this year because I get out in May and start Mid September.</p>

<p>Pray for me that I actually got my classes… if I didn’t get the 1 (out of 4) section I needed in Chem I have no idea what else I can take. :(</p>
