School Suggestions? Please Help!!

Hey everyone! I posted on here before, but some things have changed. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

I am currently a Junior at a small, college prep school in Omaha, Nebraska.

ME:
I have a 3.21 GPA (weighted)

ACT: first time taking it a got a 28 (10 on writing part). Taking it again in June and expect to improve. I want to take it until i get a 30+

I have taken 3 AP's, AP Euro History (3 on AP exam), and AP US History (test will be the end of this year), and AP Composition (also exam end of this year)

I am a mostly B student.

I am a 3-sport athlete.

Football- Captain Junior/Senior Year, lettered

Basketball- started varsity junior/(expected) senior year, lettered

Track- Varsity junior year/(expected) senior year

I am also a major component of our 5-time state championship speech team.

We have won state each year i have been in high school. In my event (duet acting) i have received 2nd, 3rd, and 3rd respectfully.

We won districts and conferences every year i have been on the team.

I won a national science competition (eCYBERMISSION. we won an award called the Application of Science, Technology, and Math) with a group of kids Freshman year.

I am part of my Academic Decathlon team sophomore and junior year. Junior year I made it to the State competition where i placed 1st in Hard Sciences, 2nd in Humanities and 2nd in Fine Sciences.

I made the Principal's list my Freshman and Sophomore year (all A's and B's. didn't junior year because of Spanish IV. my teacher is horrible!)

I am a student ambassador at my school, which is how i get most of my community service (help out the new kids)

Volunteer at my church on occasion.

I help with the middle School speech team. Help them with pieces and then i judge meets.

I also work at Old Navy. During the school year i work between 8-17 hours (saturday's and sundays) and during the summer i work 20-30 hours a week.

Colleges i am have looked at:
University of Nebraska-Lincoln
University of Kansas
University of Iowa
Texas Christian University
University of Minnesota- Twin Cities
University of Missouri
Also starting to look at LSU and Ole Miss.

I am also thinking about trying to play football at a smaller school. However i think a big school is the place for me.

With all my information, what do you think? I am confident i can get into all of these schools. My main issue is that my Dad isn't willing to spend more than in-state tuition for Nebraska (around $20,000 with room and board.) So where do you think i should go? any Scholarships you know of that i could ask schools about? Any information you have would be great.

If you are not a recruited athlete at a Division I school, then how will you afford it?
OOS tuition will surely run over $20,000, what your father is willing to pay.

Are in you interested in playing sports at a Division III school? No sports scholarships there.

I would look for somewhere in Nebraska.

University of Minnesota, North Carolina State, and West Virginia are examples of schools that have pretty reasonable out of state tuition.

A good “big school” possibility: LSU.
If you can bring your ACT score up to a 30, you might be able to get a 10K scholarship that would bring LSU down to under 20K/year for tuition, room and board.

I see it is on your “starting to look at” list.
