Try Tufts! Located in Medford/Somerville, MA. It's not like BU which is smack-dab in the city, but it's location is 2 stops from Harvard and approximately 15-20 minutes to downtown Boston (by subway). Tufts has the best International Relations program in the nation, undoubtedly, it’s the most popular major too. Fletcher is Tufts’ grad school for IR (oldest and top grad school IR program) and its influence definitely trickles down to the undergrad program bringing in loads of great speakers and professors. Give it a look and feel free to PM me with any questions.

you look pretty solid in your info, gtown has a great political science program too, also tufts is a good choice as the above said

i'm afriad that my stats are a little too low for G-town and since I'm from NH (45 min from Tufts) that may hurt me a little too

I'd look at Swarthmore, John Hopkins and Emory. Also Villanova for a safe match, and then find yourself a safety.

Note: I'm presuming here that you can get a 2000 SAT score based upon what you wrote. If you can't, then these are not the right schools for you.

Also, if you want to play Women's Field Hockey, consider Wake Forest, Boston College, and Georgetown. (These are also based upon you getting a 2000 SAT I score).

If you can't get that 2000, write back at the end of October and we can discuss different schools.

^ thanks...i'm thinking I can break a 2000... i had upper 600's for both c.r. and writing but then a 500 math that killed me
