<p>i have. i'm in NY and i considered ucl and oxford before choosing a college within the US</p>
<p>england is my second home, since my whole family lives there, and i'm there every couple of months</p>
<p>Yes, but I never applied. I was going to apply to the university of aberdeen and St. Andrews. I decided that I'd rather work abroad then study 4 years there. I do hope to get there eventually, but the timing just wasn't right.</p>
