Schools accept sending DVD instead of live audition?

Given your location, the schools might well allow a DVD submission in lieu of a live audition even if their policies state otherwise or are nebulous. It would be prudent to speak directly to a music admissions officer in the early stages of planning at any school that interests you. They might have specific policies regarding international audition submissions, and it would not surprise me if they involved a preliminary prescreen submission, even if is not stated within the audition parameters as posted. Make sure you read any specific info for international students that appears.

Other than Curtis, the age limitation should not be a factor.

A full scholarship is not easy to come by. I concur with OperaDad’s assessment.
