Just wondering, what schools are good for vegetarians? Where can I be happy and fed as a non-meat eater?

Almost any school provides vegetarian options. Some that I know have particulary good options for vegetarians are: Bowdoin (superb!), Connecticut College (also very good), and Hamilton (with an entire cafeteria devoted to vegetarian cuisine. Not sure what kinda schools your looking for, but these are some small, liberal arts schools in the northeast.

"In november, PETA named Northwestern as the most vegetarian friendly college campus in the country. Northwestern flew in a chef from Eco Cuisine a vegan and vegetarian food company to train the University's dining hall chefs."
Just read this last night in the Northwestern alumni magazine.

I have a vegan friend at Goucher who has raved about their vegetarian options. Apparently, their food is also all organic.

My school, Wesleyan, has tons of veggitarian option, and all of my veggitarian friends are very happy with it. In general, all of the kind of artsy/"hippy" LACs I visited seemed to have really good veggie options, though I'm sure lots of other kinds of schools have good options too.

im vegetarian, but i probably wont be in college cuz i dont wanna starve to death -_-

Nowadays, 90% of universities with a significant residential campus will have reasonable vegetarian options.

conn college has an entirely vegetarian dining hall

That said, I'll offer up Skidmore, Bard, and Pitzer.

Really though, you'll be fine anywhere.
