Schools for Winter Transfer?

<p>I would like to know which UNIVERSITIES accept Winter Transfer Students/have admission to transfer students in the Winter Quarter (Starting January of 2013)? </p>

<p>I know that Northwestern and University of Washington have it, but are there other universities? </p>

<p>Is it too late to apply?</p>
