Schools Forms Green, but not all submitted

<p>I am applying for ED. My counsellor has submitted her school report form and both my teachers have submitted their letters. The arrow beside the School Forms has turned green, but it says "Not all Submitted"</p>

<p>since you didn’t send them online and by paper, it has no way of knowing if they were submitted or not</p>
