Drop BU as it doesn’t match your criteria. Perhaps you mean BC as it does.
Syracuse isn’t really urban, unless you mean “in a high population density/ economically depressed area”. Most students mean “lots of stuff to do within walking distance and good public transportation”, which would include college towns. (Wouldn’t you prefer Ann Arbor to Detroit?)
There are few urban residential colleges in the Northeast because by definition most students move to the city after a couple years or commute from there. In a city, the city is the campus and students find their own fun. At colleges like Grinnell or

Before you do anything, run the NPC on these colleges and bring the results to your parents: what is within budget? What can they afford out if pocket, ie., from income and savings? (If they don’t have a college savings account for you, can they start one, depositing starting now what they think they’ll be able to pay each month once you’re in college? It has the benefit of helping the family figure out what’s doable, in helping you understand the sacrifices made for your college education, and in building savings you’ll need).
