Schools in NYC

<p>But that's not what they're saying: Just a half-hour from our bucolic campus lie New York City’s vast attractions.</p>

<p>To the OP I would suggest Pace University, it has campuses with dorms both in the Financial District in NYC and in Westchester. A bit expensive but they are generous with scholarships if your quals merit it.
SUNY Purchase is within 40 minutes from Manhattan, as is Ramapo College of New Jersey. Both have cheap OOS tuition.</p>

<p>The Pace Pleasantville campus is very nice. I've only been to the city campus once, so I can't speak about that.</p>

<p>NYIT might be an alright choice
tuition is ~22,000 but I got a 12,000 scholarship (I'm not attending though)
the main campus is on long island but theres a manhattan campus as well (right by columbus circle)</p>
