Schools Like Earlham?

Earlham is my dream college in every way. But I know that I need to apply to other colleges when the time comes, so I was wondering if you could help me. I have a few requirements when I'm looking at schools:

Small school
Preferably liberal atmosphere
Has Majors in Journalism, Language/Linguistic Studies, and Neuroscience (haven't decided between those)
Not a druggie/party school
Either in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, or Ohio
Good Study Abroad Program

I'm not really looking at selectivity or prices right now because I want a good list of colleges to go through. If you guys can help me, that would be wonderful!

Just look in the mid-west section of Colleges that Change Lives.

I’ll look into those. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Not sure about neuroscience but Kenyon, Denison, Wooster, Taylor, Anderson… There are quite a few. Have you looked at how much your family can afford?

I haven’t looked for the majors, but:

Kalamazoo college
Ohio Wesleyan
Denison
Wooster
Knox

All CTCL.
Maybe you should run a college search on www.collegeview.com :)

Beloit (almost in Illinois…)
