<p>Yes, the whole form. Yours, parents, any businesses, all the “schedules”, etc. </p>

<p>Signatures are pretty obvious. They’re at/near the bottom of the page and will be the only thing that is NOT typed (ok, probably…maybe you do yours by hand than that’s different). If there is no signature…the place FOR the signature says “SIGN HERE” right on it (mine aren’t signed, as they’re just copies from my accountant, so I’ll have to sign the copies).</p>
