School's Over - What's your grade? (GPA)

i was valedictorian and my unweighted gpa was a 4.0.

School’s over the word GPA does not exist any more.

3.83. UGH! i could’ve had a 4.0 but i was extremely sick before school ended, so i got a B in YOGA. I was really mad because i had an 88%, and i got a 104% on the final and it brought me up a little.

BTW, that was unweighted.

This thread was a terrible idea. It offers no help or entertainment at all but instead consists of students bragging about themselves.

^ Like the other 80% of the thread in this website?

^^ Have you not seen the What Are My Chances forum…

“OMG I HAVE A 5.0 UW GPA A 2600 SAT 58 AP CLASSES PERFECT ECS 23430958234983 AWARDS 3 JOBS 2 BUSINESSES SAVED A KIDS LIFE CURED CANCER RECRUITED D1 ATHLETE ALL COUNTRY MUSICIAN BUT I HAVE A 99 AP CALCULUS BC NOT A HUNDREDDO I HAVE A CHANCE AT JOHNS HOPKINS??? CHANCE MEEEEEEEEE”

The worst thing about that exaggeration is that it’s not even that far off from what really goes on.

Unweighted: 4.0
Weighted: 4.64

Unweighted: 3.9
Weighted: 4.185

Also, this thread makes me hate a lot of you.

94.4 % (( I missed up Chemistry this year :frowning:
this is what our school gives , a percentage only . But I used the conversion table mentioned in the first page of this thread and found out that my GPA is 4.0 << COOL

3.75 unweighted.
That’s what you get when you take “College Prep” Art and Latin I… :(

^^ you seriouslly took college prep latin !!! What were you thinking !!

96.567% so a 4.0 unweighted only.

4.0 unweighted (School does not weight, school does not rank).

Also, this is a really dumb thread. I apologize for contributing.

Unweighted: 3.5
Weighted: 3.8

@FreedomEagle - I dropped Honors Spanish II as a Freshman in order to take Latin I C.P. – meh. Lots of things are wrong with me. :(

How does IB transfer to GPAs?

In order to convert W GPA to UW, is it dependent on the schools system meaning how the school weighs its classes, or do you guys just use a ratio to convert it?

It’s dependent on the school.

I’m a rising senior, but I don’t know my GPA for junior year, just my total GPA.
Rounding:
UW: 95/100
W: 101
Top 10%, not top 10.
Gym, fortunately, is not factored into either GPA.

Mine was a 3.75…only I would get a B in art.

Like a guy I knew once said, “My mom would so NOT be proud of my artistic talent.”
