School's Relationship with a college

<p>Hi so I was wondering how much your school's "relationship" with certain colleges affects your chances. In the past, many students have gone to certain top schools almost every year, but there are other good schools which I have heard that no student in my school has gotten into for many years. Would this mean its significantly harder/easier to get into certain school based on your schools matriculation history, and does this means that some school have "relationships" which some colleges and not others?</p>
