Hello!

Im a junior in High School right now and was visiting colleges last month. I visited Wake Forest University and fell in love. It is definitely my #1 school, but my grades arent quite up to their standards.

For the first 2 years of high school, I slacked off and got mostly Bs. This year I got all As and my ACT score is a 33/36.

So I guess my question is, what are some other schools that are similar to Wake Forest but are a bit easier to get into?

Thanks :D

I would say maybe Elon? UNCCH (depending on if your instate or out of state)? Clemson?

But I’m unsure of what you mean by similar to WFU? Do you mean colleges that are geographically similar to WFU or colleges that just have a lower acceptance rate?

But in any case straight As and an ACT score of 33 is pretty darn good!

I’m out-of-state so Chapel Hill is out of the question, lol. It’s a bummer though, the school is beautiful.

And I guess I’m not really sure. I live in New York but love the schools in NC/SC are beautiful so I guess geographically in the sense that in warm states/suburban campuses/etc. But more just schools that people who liked WFU also like, if that makes sense.

Wake is better than UNC and Elon IMO. Uhm, Vanderbilt is very similar to Wake. It might be a little harder to get into than Wake, though.
