Schools That Average Your GMAT Scores

<p>So a Kaplan instructor told me that Harvard and Stanford actually average all of your GMAT scores. So if you desire to attend these schools taking the GMAT multiple times can actually be detrimental to your admissions. </p>

<p>This was completely new to me so I'd thought I'd share with the board.</p>

<p>HBS considers your highest score (it is the only one you self report on the application). They do ask you how many times you’ve taken the exam, though.</p>
