Basicaly my freshman year I didn't care about anything except being popular and getting drunk on weekends and my GPA ended up being a 2.6.

I've changed completely and now my GPA is a 3.8 uw. Can someone give me a list of colleges that don't count your freshman year?

hehehe in a way that's a good thing cuz they're going to see maturity and growth so u might hav an edge so in other words don't sweat they'll take that as a positive and good job with your gpa from a 2.6 to a 3.8 uw wow that's great

If you're going for top-tier schools, Stanford ignores freshman year.

haha i was just gonna post something like this...i had like a 3.55 weighted freshman year, but sophomore year was something like 3.9 uw 4.3 weighted and junior year is coming to be around 3.7 uw 4.3 weighted so i was wonding this too...do a lot of top schools that count freshman grades not put huge consideration into them if they see improvement?

im pretty sure UCs dont count freshman or senior years.

even other schools could let you slide though, especially since you went up and not down (aka it would be bad if you originally had a 3.8 and then slid to a 2.6) if you explained it on your app

3.8uw is still great...and they will see the amazing trend, so dont hesitate to apply to great schools.
