Schools that don't look at freshman year

<p>hey could anybody give a good list of all the schools that do not look at frosh grades?</p>

<p>ah maybe stanford...? they do look at it as reference but not in re-calculating your GPA for admissions...i think...</p>

<p>but everything else is blurred - such as Princeton, Stanford, Upenn?</p>

<p>none of those colleges have outright said they do not.</p>

<p>i wonder why people would think they do? is there any definate source? or have you just heard that from other people?..</p>

<p>Stanford is pretty open about ignoring freshman grades. On their application they deliberately ask for 10-12 activities, 10-12 rank, etc.</p>
