hey could anybody give a good list of all the schools that do not look at frosh grades?

I know Michigan is one. Just sophomore and junior.

The UCS?(i think)

Princeton as well.

Princeton dosnt

The UCs don't look at freshman year grades.

ah maybe stanford...? they do look at it as reference but not in re-calculating your GPA for admissions...i think...

ya its very unclear

uc's definetly do not look at ninth grade.

but everything else is blurred - such as Princeton, Stanford, Upenn?

none of those colleges have outright said they do not.

i wonder why people would think they do? is there any definate source? or have you just heard that from other people?..

Stanford is pretty open about ignoring freshman grades. On their application they deliberately ask for 10-12 activities, 10-12 rank, etc.

Princeton and Stanford.
