Schools that meet 100% of need

<p>"Need" is the difference between the full cost of college (tuition, room&Board, books, and misc expenses) and the EFC (expected family contribution). So with these schools, you pay the EFC and they make up a fin aid package (grants, loans, and work study) that makes up the 'needed' difference.</p>
