I have a solid 3.8 gpa and i have a 2120 SAT score (hoping to bump it up when i take it a second time this fall) I'm looking at schools in the new england region. if it helps, i want to major in biology, or do a predental program. Are there any good schools that might offer me a full scholarship?

Find out:

AUTOMATIC: <a href=“Automatic Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums”>Automatic Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums;

COMPETITIVE: <a href=“Competitive Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/financial-aid-scholarships/1461983-competitive-full-tuition-full-ride-scholarships-p1.html

thanks!

@international95 what is the difference between automatic and competitive?

‘Automatic’ means that if you have the required GPA and SAT score, the scholarship is guaranteed. ‘Competitive’ means that funds are limited so having the numbers only puts you in the running, so whether or not you may get a scholarship depends on other factors.

ohh okay thank you so much!

how do you define full scholarship? how tightly will you adhere to the New England requirement?
