Most schools require counselor's recommendations AND two teacher's recommendations, right?

Then, are there any schools that asks for, or allows, us to send more than two teachers recommendations?
(excluding the counselor's recommendations)

Many schools will allow you to send in an additional recommendation or two. Typical favorites: a coach, employer, minister, volunteer supervisor, etc…

The goal is to include recommendations from people who can shed a favorable light on aspects of your work/personality/goals that a teacher or counselor can’t.

Letters from bigwigs are generally not helpful unless they include offers to build a library or new computer center if you are admitted.

thanx for the quick reply M’s Mom! It is okay to send in an extra recommendation from someone who I’ve worked with throughout the school years, but currently attending university?

yes, but again, only if they can shed light on an aspect of who you are that your other recommendations won’t cover.
