<p>For Syracuse, you need not submit any ACTs if you submit SAT. Also, you need not submit all ACT scores but can submit highest. Despite telling the College Board earlier this year that it was going to require all scores, GWU did not actually adopt such a rule but has instead simply going to making the following statement: “There is no advantage to using the College Board’s Score Choice when applying to GW, as we will only consider your highest score from each section of the SAT.” You do not have to submit any ACTs if you submit SAT to GWU and can send just one ACT score. Syracuse left intact its ACT rule of sending only one because of its recognition that sending ACT scores means a charge for each score. Colleges that have adopted anti-score choice/all scores positions are not uniform in their rules, some are like Syracuse, some require all ACT scores if you submit any, and some require both all SAT and ACT scores.</p>
