For creative writing, definitely look into Kenyon. It's a small LAC in Ohio with, from what I hear, a superb English department.

You also might consider Skidmore, a LAC known for its combination of the arts and business. (I'm not sure about finance, though.)

If you're serious enough, you might want to look into Sarah Lawrence, supposedly a great school for independent projects (like writing a novel) and very arts-centric in general. You might also consider a school like Emerson, if you're 100% sure that creative writing is what you want. Other schools you might want to contemplate, perhaps with more "wiggle room" for switching/double majors: Barnard, if you're female; University of Iowa (or at least, the graduate program), supposedly number one for creative writing; Bard; Oberlin; Vassar; Wesleyan - it all depends on what you're looking for in a school. Perhaps if you shared your stats and college preferences, it would be easier to make suggestions.
