Good ol’ Salisbury Academy.

Any numbers attched to each school? Did they send one student to each of the schools on the list?

This is only where they have been accepted. In the past they have additionally posted where they will attend but have never publicly included the corresponding numbers. The schools vary somewhat year to year but there are those that remain consistent. Apologize for being so repetitive but the school just continues to impress with me with the headmaster, the faculty and most of all the kids that come out of EBS.

Good advertisement, but it’s an all-boys school in a rural area. :(

It’s across the street from Deerfield.

Acceptances can be skewed, and many top-tier acceptances may come from a single, particularly intelligent applicant.

^ exactamundo.

so if they don’t have numbers, it can be a bit sketchy… you also have to wonder how many of them were legacy, too!

Believe too many prospective candidates here on CC get hung up with the legacy issue coupled with the tier phenomenon. What may be a perfect #1 school for one applicant won’t necessarily be the same for the next student even with similar stats. It is quite the contrary that one student skews the numbers, in fact EBS obtains quite a number of beds at many of those schools mentioned here on CC which varies annually. One of the reasons EBS does not publicize the corresponding number attending a particular school is because they don’t want to be labeled as a feeder school for any Prep School. The fact is that EBS is a terrific Pre-prep that gets good kids from all walks of life into good Prep schools.
They’re on rolling admissions, have more than enough applicants and fill up early.
