What are some schools who do not require test scores when you transfer? I know that American, Cal Berkely, Cornell, Bates, Johns Hopkins, Providence, The New School, and some others do not. Are there any others that I should be aware of?

Many colleges and universities won’t require ACT/SAT scores after you have completed a certain number of college credits. However since each institution sets its own policy (and can change that policy at any time), you really do have to check each and every website. There isn’t a list out there that you can just check.

Just keep in mind some of those schools you listed still ask for and emphasize high school transcripts.
