Schools with good art programs

After high school I'm going to college to get a bachelor of fine arts degree. I'm looking for a good college in PA or around the state that has a good art program. I've seen Rhode Island school, but I don't think my grades are on par with them. Weighted gpa I'm around 3.8 ish and 3.5 for unweighted. People said they're looking for 4 and higher. It would be nice if someone could just name a couple schools that are decent for bfa degree and a little about them. Thanks.

Have you looked at Cooper Union? NYC, free tuition, pretty hard to get into, but portfoliio-based as well  best of luck!
I was looking at Cooper for engineering, so I don’t know of other art schools around the area.

Cooper Union seems pretty nice. It looks like a far stretch though.
