<p>The picture is not clear here, especially how long you were at each college would be important to know.</p>
<p>Financial aid is tough for transfers in general outside of the schools that meet 100% of need for all, which are unlikely with your grades and scores. Most of these schools don’t have business undergrad programs anyway.</p>
<p>Even when public colleges do offer some aid to OOS students, it’s the very top candidates that get it.</p>
<p>I’m thinking your in state publics are going to be where you need to apply.</p>
