<p>Which universities enroll the most amount of NMSF/NMF? I have looked but can't find any data.</p>

<p>I believe Harvard is #1. Check out the annual report on the nationalmerit.org homepage. I’ve also seen the list floating around here.</p>

<p>Public U may be Univ of Oklahoma – not sure about this, but they do award a great scholarship package to NMFs.</p>
