<p>that’s a lie. cornell includes loans in the packages. most schools do. why woudn’t they? it’s so much easier for them to give you money and then ask you to pay it back with interest. that makes 0 sense from the school’s end to not include loans.</p>
<p>I think what he’s referring to are schools that have an family income cut-off; if you’re below the magic number you receive aid packages without loans and are completely covered. </p>

<p>Yes ^ and Cornell does offer that. Most top schools do. All the Ivy’s, Northwestern, Stanford, ect.</p>
