How can ASU and AU have such hot girls? Do all the girls from Cali go there, or does Arizona naturally just breed a bunch of hot girls?

Bucknell has a reputation for attracting a good-looking student body (rated the #3 school by Playboy magazine)....although not very diverse.

I'd recommend searching webshots. It gives you a good sense of what type of kids attend the school. The argument that every school has good-looking students if flawed. If School A has 2% of the students being attractive and School B has 80% there are still major differences. Also -- although alot of state schools have attractive students the admissions aren't competitive and for some of the schools the degrees aren't particularly sought after. There are also a few schools with competitive admissions and good-looking students (Vandy, Wake, UVA, etc.).

if you are concern with hot girls/guys, go to a college that is not isolated so if the college doesn't have hot girls/guys, you have the option to go to nearby colleges and/or city.

yeah, good point.
im sure some top 20 schools have other schools nearby with cute girls/guys.

This was really just a post to have a quick look about what others are saying about the relative attractiveness or people at different schools. My no means am I basing my college decisions on this. If I was, I would stay in gainesville at the Univ. of Florida where nearly every day is warm and beautiful girls are everywhere.

Ahem.

U-V-A.

Go Hoos Go.

College2332,
I will take the bait. There are some guys who want a relationship with a girl who is interesting and stimulating to talk with and be with, someone that can analyze books and movies and knows what is going on in the world. That doesn't mean she is not attractive but her beauty is her looks and intellect combined. She may not be a Barbie doll who is "high maintenance" but she is real, fun and interesting. But this is a relationship vs a fling. Depends on what you are looking for.

southern girls are definitely hot but still, the northeastern city girls do it for me :)
I thought nyu should have the most beautiful girls because people from all over the nation come to nyu

arizonamom -- i tend to agree with that. personally, i guess i need both. looks will get you the interview but i also need a girl who is passionate about something. i like girls who are intelligent but i am not completely sold on the whole "inner-beauty" thing. however, being "real" wins easily over "barbie doll". basically, if a girl is good-looking, down-to-earth, and intelligent how can you not find her attractive.

Some things never change! This thread reminds me of the Beach Boys song (some lyrics included for the youngsters here):

Well East coast girls are hip
I really dig those styles they wear
And the Southern girls with the way they talk
They knock me out when I'm down there

The Midwest farmer's daughters
Really make you feel alright
And the Northern girls with the way they kiss
They keep their boyfriends warm at night

I wish they all could be California
I wish they all could be California
I wish they all could be California girls

let's take a look at the parents!

Do you mean to ask if any of the students' parents are hot?

"honestly lets face it. if a girl is ivy league material, chances are, shes not hot. end of story. no one can argue this. if you do, youre definitely wrong"

this is somewhat true. OBVIOUSLY selective universities have good looking people. HOWEVER, it's a matter of HOW MANY good looking girls there;re on campus (percentage wise). I;ve been to about half of ivy league schools, there're goodlooking girls there. HOWEVER, nothing compares to less selective state schools when it comes to girls. go to Arizona state.....Cal State chinco................u;ll be amazed.

sure, if we're going to classify entire colleges as either having hot girls or not, then why not take a look at the gene pool!

LOL! That actually makes sense.

As far as untilted's point goes, most state schools have at least 10,000 students, some upwards of 20,000. Smaller private schools can't compete with the sheer number of girls in state schools.

I have never actually been to Stanford, I've only been told. My friend's older sister is a student, and she is, well...

My friend reported that he wasn't even interested in attending Stanford anymore after visiting because he found the people so unattractive.

I will definately agree that hot girls and top schools are a rare combination. I visited Columbia, Princeton, and Brown. I saw very few attractive girls and my friend and I even started a counting game where we got up to a count of 5 hot girls spotted at Brown.

I did however see many attractive girls at Upenn and I must say that a nice student body has a psychological effect. I also hear that UNC (my other applied to school) has a reputation for very hot girls.

Conclusion: look for schools that start with "University of" :)

Three letters: A-S-U

cornell---> american pie, tara reid
sc----> rich girl school
...

semiserious, you dont go to corona del mar high do you??
