<p>To spread a little glimmer of hope to those who are on waitlists, please post the schools you DID NOT accept an offer from, and the year you applied for ex: </p>

<p>@jfirr2011… not really. When someone decides not to go, it doesn’t free up a space for someone on the waitlist. Let’s say the school has 200 spots, and a yield of 80%. They would accept more than just 200 people, to accomodate for their yield. So, many people would have to decline for even one space to become available. Then, there is gender, ethnicity etc. etc. to consider.</p>
