<p>You have to be done with the PSU app in order to get access to the SHC app. The PSU app does not take very long to do. </p>
<p>Once you have access to the SHC app you can ask the system to send letter of rec requests via email to your teachers. The Honors app does not need to be done in order to send the letters of rec requests, just fill in the teacher info right away and you can come back later to fill in essays, questions, etc.</p>
