<p>This is an excellent idea. My roommate is in Schreyer like me but he drives me up the wall. One more week left of this crap :). I met many people this past year and found someone who I think should be a much better roommate for next year. We requested each other, and according to the assignment (which is released well before those for first-year students), we got each other.</p>

<p>setz, you mean that the assignments were already released???? how can you know your fall roomate so early? And do you know when the regular assignments for current students are posted?</p>
<p>Continuing students find out assignments in April. At least that's when I did. I'm going to be a sophomore next year. Incoming first-year students don't find out until early August, I believe.</p>
