SCiecnce scores???

i am confused aboutthis scoring thing

is it if you miss 3 questions on science you get a 29-30?

if not, then how many can you miss?

If you look on page 63 of this pdf, there's an EXAMPLE of a score conversion table. It's different for each version of the test, depending on the difficulty, among other things. As you can see, on this one a score of 30 on science means you missed 3. 29 would be harsher than I've ever seen; I would expect 30 to 32.

wow that scale is harsh...do you think the Sept test will be more lenient

i always have felt that the curves on the actual science tests are MUCH more lenient than the ones in the test books.

For example, on the last test I took, I ABSOLUTELY KNOW i missed more than 9 or 10 questions, yet i got a 28....so i dunno

The ones in the practice books are real, they are just a little older than the live ones. They aren't much different from the recently released ones (like April and June of this year).

i'm hoping shobhit2006 is right

I just took a practice test in the official ACT book, missed 4 questions and had a 29.
