Science and Math Courses

Please advise -

I am a sophomore with a dream of applying to MIT, Calitech, Cornell, Duke and Rice for engineering. However, I am worried with my Science and Math courses.

In science, I took Hon Bio in freshman and now Sophomore Chemistry. I will take AP Chem and regular Physics in junior, and AP Physics B in senior years. (Five science courses)

I took Hon Geometry in freshman and now Hon Algebra 2. Will take Pre Calc & Trig in junior and AP Calc AB in senior. I likely will miss AP Calc BC. (Four math courses)

Because of other course loads and activities like band, debate, ECs, if I miss AP Physics B also besides AP Calc BC, would it badly hurt my chances of getting admission to these or similar colleges. Can good scores in SAT I and SAT II help to recover? I am preparing for PSAT.

I regret I should have taken Algebra 2 in Freshman, but it is past.

It will most definitely hurt your chances at Caltech. Since you are not taking the most rigorous curriculum available to you, it may also hurt your chances elsewhere.
