Science at Brandeis

I got the impression that the science professors aren’t very nice to the undergrads in Brandeis…so is it not a good idea to attend Brandeis if you’re planning on getting a science major?

your statement is 100% untrue, at Brandeis, undergrads get the chance to get funded for their research, get published and work with some of the best scientists in the country. my friends work with Melissa Moore in bio lab, Irving Epstein in chem to name a few.

I love most of my science profs. I've found even the ones who weren't the best teachers to be very approachable and willing to explain difficult material. Especially in a smaller science department like chem or physics as opposed to neuro or bio, which is where most of the pre-meds go.
